help with animation

hey,
i made an animation for something, now i would like to know how to render the animation into a video so i can get crit and such for it and not have the node boxes and have the fp arms textured, if anyone is able to help me, it would be greatly appreciated :)

Go to the render screen, select range at the top, and enter the right amount of frames. Scroll down, there should be a button called File... Click it, and choose location/filetype, save file as, and render. It'll render and save the file for you.

eh, i just go into The animation tab, and press make preview

That makes it low quality though.
