Doubtful. People are already dual-ordering the 8800GT at $300, and if it's selling like hotcakes at $300, why would they drop it $100? That would mean they're losing money, unless they have some sort of deal with nVidia where they're buying them cheaper in bulk.

Afaik Dell is the only place you can even buy them from right now since the god damn things aren't in stock anywhere else. Also the new new 8800 GTS (http://www.techpowerup.com/archive.php?44657) is coming out soon, so they may be trying to get rid of existing stock. They might also just be doing a black friday-esque sale on it but over the weekend or something.
