well, I've been having some trouble with my animations once they're in game.

as you can see, the animation is fine in max, but when I put it in game, the right hand flies away from the gun's handle, colliding with the stalk, and pissing me off. The overlays also look fine in max, but when you move around in game the left hand detaches from the gun altogether. I don't understand whats causing this, has anyone had a problem like this before?

How are you doing your overlay/move animations? Frame bone24 should be doing all the rotation, and the upperam and gun node/bones should be doing the movement, so nothing moves out of place with the rest of the rig.

Thats the idea. I've never been to strong on overlays, so I used CAD's script.

Well wait, have you linked the wrist controllers to the gun or w/e, or have you given them a link constraint? There is a huge difference. Since the wrist constraints are linked, in game they will move with the gun as per the fact that they are linked. If you use link constraint, it isn't linked in game... just max. That way, the hands/arms aren't forced to move with the gun in game, they just stay in their set positions from the animation. So, use link constraints instead.

I do use link constraints.
