Tagset for CE, anyone know where it went?

A while back I downloaded the tagset from http://gbxforums.gearboxsoftware.com/showthread.php?t=46112. It seems that my copy has been corrupted somehow though, as there are problems unpacking the elite head bitmaps. I've tried re-downloading it, but it appears that filefront does not have the file anymore, as the link just dumps me back to the main page.

Does anyone know of an alternate download location, or if the "perfect" tagset was ever released?

First, back up your custom tags, and then uninstall the HEK. Then delete your tags folder.

Download the HEK Plus and recursively extract the scenario tags from each Halo PC map.

Finally, install the HEK again. This will overwrite some of the tags which have been known to somehow screw up during extraction (i.e. the tank's physics tag).

Well I was hoping to avoid extracting, but since there seems to be no way around it...

Edit: Weirdness, the updated HEK+ from halomaps doesn't seem to display any of the tags. The non updated one does.
