Internet sharing with Vista?

I have an Xbox 360, but it is rarely near my modem or wireless router. I've seen guides for sharing internet through an XP laptop to an Xbox, and so I've tried to do this with vista. But I can't find it anywhere. Does this option exist? And where?

Go to Network and Sharing Center, click "Manage network connections" on the left, and right click-properties the connection you want to share. There should be a sharing tab at the top of that window. Just check the first box and it should work.

Eh, it fails at IP Address. I guess it just won't work for me.
