I think that it sucks you can't record shows to your hard drive and can only stream. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/7178661.stm)
Other than that, it's cool as hell.

Other than that, it's cool as hell. When most gamers only have a mostly-filled 30GB hard drive? I think DVR capability is a bit unreasonable.

Nobody said that people HAD to record to the drive, and plus, I'd imagine people with 360 elites or the 120GB drive would like that.
It's an option that would kick ass, but it absent.

True. I guess it would assess the available drive space and tell whether there was space enough to record, and for how many minutes or seconds.

It's cool, but I don't find it practical, not when I have a 250GB PVR with a direct satellite connection to Movie Central HD. I can tell that Microsoft is trying to make the 360 totally awesome by combining many living-room features into one device, but this is really worthless compared to separate PVRs and channel subscriptions.

Well with this I can easily watch TV now instead of dealing with my laggy comcast box. Sounds great but will I get all my digital channels that I'm subscribed to through comcast?
