unable to see chat/text in CE

i cant see the chat/text in CE... im not talking about the text lag when you minimize halo. i havent had it since installing CE on this pc. i can't see or type text and it doesnt show up in the type box when i try to type.

any help would be appreciated.

Yeh, you have to install the MSNXml parser thing, or whatever its called.
