uhh Wacom is the company that makes the cintiq. you might be thinking of tablets. the cintiq is a tablet monitor. (you draw on the monitor)

too expensive for me. stuck with my tablet.

wow max was hard. I dont see a way to map the control/alt keys to the buttons on the sides, so I'm having to wrench my pinky over to them if I want to move the camera. I need to see if I can find a way to map keyboard command to them instead of common mouse functions.

<3 you jcap. Tis all in good fun. I started to draw a bunny, but I realized I didn't know what one looked like from memory so I made it a bunny man. That made me think of the furries that are advertising stores and then I thought about the typo where your name is jfap instead of jcap.

Yes, that's how I was able to make my lines change size. I figured people would have figured that out if I put "pressure sensitivity ftw" with those lines around it.

Meh -- when I need it, my 9x12" Adesso works fine. Pressure sensitive too (of course). Though I admit having it as a monitor too would be kinda cool.

Can't play UT for shit on it though :p

Yea -- I tried playing UT 2004 on a tablet...

I tried playing CSS on a 4 x 6" Tablet. That was fun, especially the part where I put the pen all the way to the right xD.

People said I was hacking xD.

The Cintaq is cool, although unless they have updated it by now the LCD display on it must be a little bit aged by now.

We have a 21" 5:4 Cintiq that runs at 1600x1200 and a 20" one that's widescreen. I dont know the exact resolution of it.

I don't think it's pirated. Zeph, I believe, has the academic license to CS3.

I've never tried a input device like that before, but it looks extremely useful! I wish it wasn't so expensive...
