Java uninstall?

I'm trying to uninstall java but everytime that I try it tells me that there was a "Fatal error during installation"

What do I do?

google ccleaner and dl it
install and run the registry cleaner
backup any changes that it wants to make
keep running the registry cleaner until you get 0 results
on some PC's CCleaner will try but not be able to get rid of some things so just let those be if that's the case
*this really just cleans out the garbage on your pc.. this might fix the prob or actually help you along the final repair

try to install or repair install Java
then you should be able to remove

if all that doesn't help
I'd try to manually remove it
I will get back to this thread later with more detail and maybe some other ideas if you still need some help
