Halo2 Works Fine But No Multiplayer Servers

I bought halo2 about a week ago. i tweeked around with it till i got the best fps and no lag. But when i select Live, browse servers and click refresh. it sits there for about 5-10 mins and does nothing. During those 5-10 mins the refresh button greys out. Then it tells me There are no games avalible. My buddy told me it was the firewall. So i turned off vistas firewall. Still nothing. I reinstalled halo2 vista a couple of times. Nothing. It says im online and everything. I do have gold. i have played one game on multiplayer but that wasnt with my wired connection. it was with my wireless connection. I cant play on my wireless because its WAY to slow. oh and if i choose quick game it says match making has timed out. Iv tried diffrent gold accounts and still nothing.


if anyone knows anything about this PLEASE help me.

oh ok thanks i was getting scared it was this compy if had so much trouble with this laptop but thanks for the info

Might've been because of that crazy guy in San Francisco. Killed the power to a lot of company's servers. Although I have no idea where the Live stuff is...all my other games work fine.
