    3ds max Hotkey

Whats the hotkey that does this.

It makes the rotate tool look like in the pic, the move tool stay the same size no matter how far away or close you are, and the scale tool to be 1 line.

I knew what is was before but I havn't had problems with it for ages and I forgot.

im using max 8 too, it's the same in all versions. + enlarges the gizmo, - shrinks it.

Oh ok, but thats not what I'm looking for.
Can you see the picture I posted? If not go here http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/4222/hotkeyyp9.jpg. It shows what it does to the move, rotate and scale tool.
