MayaCGF. Previously known as Maya Exporter, this tool will allow people using the powerful 3D modeling and animation package known as
Maya to export their work to Sandbox2 and Crysis.
Current Features
- Based on Amorilia's excellent PyFFI Python Module
- Full support for polygonal geometry.
- Full Normal and UV export support.
Current Performance
Currently it takes 28 secs to export a mesh with 24000 Triangles. Keep in mind this is alpha performance and most likely there will be a dramatic performance boost once MayaCGF has been optimized.
WIP Features
The following features are still being actively developed by Amorilia and seith and will be available soon.
- Animation support.
- Physics Support.
