Projectiles and Damage Strength

Alright , 2 questions. Plain and Simple.

1. Is it possible to change the Carbine Projectile I have tried just to test and have gotten every weapon to switch but the Carbine. It says the projectile has changed but it still shoot the same green beam. How do i change this if there is a way?

2. Is there a way to make a weapons projectile damage stronger or weaker. Say i shoot a tank shot at you . It dosent just kill you in one hit.
Say i wanted to make a BR do more damage in single shots.

Wait a minute, how did you change the projectiles of the weapons again? Also, if you changed the plasma pistol proj., would other people see the projectile?

If you play a custom map you download the map. But i think projectile swaps are gay.

I don't think its gay.. but i do think it needs to make sense with your map...

Changing projectiles can look pretty cool ingame and make for a more rich experience... or it could just be gay like johnny says..

Basically, if you're going to do it be prepared for everyone's crit.. most of which won't be favorable here for some reason.. maybe everyone's too used to ppl making snipers shoot rockets and crap like that...

i personally like my magnum shooting ghost bolts but keeping the damage the same... its very futuristic

but whatev...
