    Yes, I was only saying it is basic. I dont think a N64 map should be ported over to halo and have 10k+ polys.

    I agree. I honestly think that it should be as low poly as the rest of the mariokart universe.

    Am I the only one that thought this thread was about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but got the whole abbreviation completely messed up?

    Race maps are definitely fun. The Halo HQ, Yoyorast Island, that freaking Yoshi map that lightning never released yet >_< all GREAT racing maps. So dont talk crap by saying oh racing maps never work blahblah there are ways around it.

    Halo HQ was a piece of shit. I can think of plenty of better maps for race that weren't even designed for it.

    Design looks alright, still needs some fix-ups in extruded areas. I think the ramp coming out of the side of both back bases is a bit too steep, thick and narrow.

    It was pretty good for being one of the first-ish maps released. One of my old favs.

    that map pic i posted was nothing to do with this certain project, u guys asked for one of our other members work, and i did. we were doing a pokemon map before, but were still working on ideas for that. so we started this project.
