When I try to install it says: "This software requires administrative privileges to run."

1. right click on the icon

2.select properties

3.hit the compatibility tab

4.right were it says "privalige level" chech the box that says "run this program as an administrator.

5. then hit apply

Man, I just decided to stop past at this place. You guys are really overreacting. Ho Hurr, Vicky just stop being a tool. You think all memory edits are bad. Blarghargy! That makes you a hypocrite then because your Servertool memory edits

All depends on what and where you 'edit'. I don't 'edit' games and my servertool, in any public release, only 'edits' the x-delay...
