Restart you computer and try it again.
This usually happens when you setup something that prompts you to restart your computer but you don't restart and install something else.
or
You may have something left in your registry. Try cleaning it.

Reinstall Crysis? Or reinstall it, restart then uninstall it.
Run CCleaner: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner, but be careful what you remove. If you have experience with Regedit then you may just want to search for the remaining Crysis references manually.
