join server problem

hello I have a serious problem I CAN"T GET PEOPLE TO JOIN MY SERVER
I have created heaps of servers and no one will join so I ran halo on two computers and I couldn't see my own server

CAN ANY ONE HELP?????

Have you tried portforwarding? If you haven't, read up on it at http://portforward.com

ok... 1 of 3 things.
1) ce's just being gay not allowing people to join the game.
2) you are running the update and your friends are not or vice versia
3) port problem with your modem and i don't know which ports so...
oh and another thing. for some reason i got this one alot.
even with the same version i couldn't find anywhere near as many games as other people could. :S just weird

Halo CE does not like firewalls. I don't quite know how to fix it, but I think microsoft has a support section of their website that says what ports you need to open for halo custom edition.
