ok i would like to let whoever is helping me know that i am new to making maps so ok lets start! when i make a map in 3ds max it looks like this:

then i turn in into a structure with Tool and add the sky / make it a multiplayer map with Guerilla. after that into Sapien an add the radiosity / quality / start and save. then it comes out looking like this:

so what am i doing wrong?

You're not giving it proper shaders. The ones tool generates when it gives the dialog to select types 0-9 are only temporary; you must create your own and assign them bitmaps in guerilla. Also, while this doesn't pertain tot he error you have right now, it doesn't look like you have any UV mapping on the map's ground; if you want it to look half-decent at all you should do that.

try not to double post next time by deleting or merging the old one with the new. also ur pics are a bit small, next time try not to make them that small 800x600 is good average size. and if imageshack resize it next time don't click resize option. i agree with selentic and lunatic even tho they got infraction.
