oh my god I can remember playing this (older version, obviously) in like 2005!
I like the ATV first person idea KiLLa, I was thinking about a way to make first person work better in vehicles, say like using something on the lines of what rec0's app can do, getting in the side seat and typing /c (namehere) (namehere).

I've been trying for awhile to make that biped repop, but no success yet. Aside, I'm loving the map Killa; good balance, good weaponry, solid fps, nice work.

Let me brush you up on Hypo's history.
He hasn't dedicated a full 3 years of his life to this map. He's left and come back to the CE community a few times as well. On top of that, this map was started back when CE was new; back before we had all of these extractors, compilers, scripts, and tutorials.
The hog garage was ripped from Halo PC via SparkEdit and re-UV'd from scratch, for example. He released Hypo because it was a long, long wait, and he wanted to get it out to the public before he left for good to do other things. There were also originally elites as playable characters in Hypo instead of the cyborg biped, but KiLLa didn't get a working set of good looking elite FP arms in time for the initial release.
I've been trying for awhile to make that biped repop, but no success yet. Aside, I'm loving the map Killa; good balance, good weaponry, solid fps, nice work.
I could have been a player join/leave issue. I remember there was once a random blue biped that appeared in a game of NMC that I was in, and it only happened once. You couldn't kill it, it was just... there.

You make it sound like I was criticizing it, it is after all a 0.3
Just seemed odd for a straight 3 years of work, but it isn't.
I don't have any trouble seeing why he would leave the community though. If, like me, you've been playing the game since it came out but not spending any time in forums because you think it's just a game and just for fun, people don't think very highly of you. Elitist online communities are really pretty sad, and Halo CE is one of the worst ones. Too bad the game is so addictive

Once, his computer broke (I think). Another time, he was moving and his computer was in pieces. Another time, he needed to deal with some real life things going on. And the last time I remember him leaving was when the HEK+ was released; he was much against the tag extractor, as he felt that once a map is released, it's up to the creator if that map's tags are to be released.
Again, I'm telling you this just so you know. If you find any of my statements rough, remember that I tend to tell things like they are. I don't have the patience to sugarcoat stuff like I used to.
