The reason I thought it was real becuase it was sized down alot, and I never saw it big with all the details. I realized a few seconds after, but at first glance I thought it was.

Actually it was the opposite for me, the turtle just seems to pop out and looks totally out of place. Maybe its an optical illusion or something, but it looks relatively low res, and almost like it was shopped in.

Iirc, there are a few more like this posted on one of the first few pages of this thread that were also very photo-realistic looking.

I can't fucking stand when they group together the speeds of the US as one statistic. The country is one of the largest on the planet, covering several hundreds times more land mass than those little countries. It should be broken down by state, high speed, dsl, and dialup. In the northeast, you can get a 25/15 plan for around $50/mo, depending on your contract. DSL gets you maybe 3/1 for $30. Dialup is 56k for $10-20.

In the middle of the country, the networks are substantially less built and it costs a lot more per megabit. Hell, you might not even be able to get anything above 3/1 DSL for $60/mo. This is why it needs to be broken down by geographical location in the US. Plus, it's a hell of a lot more difficult to rebuild the entire infrastructure (and the first one in the whole fucking world!) of a massive country. Assholes.

UT3 doesn't support AA, so if you wanna have it in your screenshots you gotta fake it by taking a screenie at double res and scaling it down.

I found a command last night that makes that easy though. If you type "TiledShot" into your console it'll take a screenshot that's 2x your current game resolution and then you can open that later in photoshop and scale it down. Just thought that scene was rather fepicly done. :P

If you want AA so bad in those games, Google it.

I always use nHancer ( http://www.nhancer.com/ ). Works wonders with the games I play, especially EVE! You can find people's set-ups as most will post their profile for that specific game. I enjoy ME2 without AA as I don't notice it too much in the midst of all thats going on. Though I can't stand playing EVE without AA on anymore, it's just too ugly.

According to Kolby you can get AA in UT3 games by running the config program, the actual game lacks the option but the config doesn't. I wouldn't know myself, but it's worth a try I guess?

Radium on its own glows blue. I'd imagine they add something else to tint it green, the same way tritium night sights range in just about every colour from green to red, and all the shades between.

e/ I hope you're joking about the radium watch. That shit got phased out early last century because it was a health risk, even in those small amounts. Modern watchfaces use tritium.
