I seem to be having a problem with Halo , currently with CE , i get awfull tearing issues across the screen shown here...

My Graphics card is a 8600 , and i have currently tried every method everyone has suggested to me , including a tutorial on Halomods.
In my Nvidia control panel this is what i have in the programs settings...
Haloce.exe
Anisotropic Filtering - App controled
Antialiasing Gamma correction - Use global setting (Off)
Antialiasing Mode - Use global setting (Off)
Antialiasing Setting - Use global setting (none)
Antialiasing Transparency - Use global setting (Off)
Conformant texture clamp - Use global setting (Use hardware)
Error reporting - Use global setting (Off)
Extension limit - Use global setting (Off)
Force mipmaps - Use global setting (None)
Maximum pre-rendered frames - Use global setting (3)
Multi-Display/mixed-GPU acceleration - Use global setting (Multiple Display performance mode)
Texture filtering -Anisotropic sample optimisation (Off)
Texture filtering -Negative LOD bias Use global setting (allow)
Texture filtering -Quality Use global setting (Quality)
Texture filtering - Trilinear optimization (Off)
Threaded optimization - (Off)
Triple buffering - Use global setting (Off)
Vertical sync -(Force on)
I also have all the latest Nvidia drivers , as for CE settings heres what i have it set to atm..
CE Video Setup
Resolution : 1024 X 768
Refresh Rate : 75 Hz
Framerate : Vsync
Speculiar : No
Shadows : Yes
Decals : Yes
Particles : High
Texture Quality : High
I am hoping someone can help with this problem.
