Did you uninstall HEK then reinstall? Maybe you had a corrupted installer?

spark's animation tags are screwed up even in a clean HEK. If you used him at all in the map then you'll need this. http://files.filefront.com/monitormodel+animations/;10697362;/fileinfo.html
This monitor animation tag works. (made by cmt, I think)


If you didn't use him in the map then I have no idea whats wrong.

Delete your entire tags folder, empty your recycle bin, uninstall the HEK, and reinstall the HEK again.
