I think that is amazing. One question. What exactly is it? Lol.

Well in a nutshell it is a 3 wheeled motorcycle, 2 wheels up front, 1 in back. It is a quick recon vehicle. Later I plan to add some AA missile pods in the back and a machine gun. It's "legs" as i have dubbed them are the suspension for the vehicle. Maybe later i could whip up some animations to show how the thing moves. But yeah that's about it in a nutshell.
Edit @ SilentWindPL : It is unconventional way of driving by todays standards, the shifters to left and right of the seat move the left and right "legs" allowing them to bend accordingly which allows for steering. Acceleration and braking will be done on where the feet rest(still need to modeled, will be similar to pedals used today for acceleration and braking).

Lol wheres the steering wheel?
It looks sort of awkward in my opinion, but then again everything does without a texture!

I have no idea what I'm looking at, or how one might get in such a device.

Doesn't look like it'll turn very well, which isn't very practical for a 'quick recon vehicle'

I think this is largely because its not long enough, then again it could be angles playing tricks on my eyes, it seems like its decently long from the side view, but when u see the front, the 2 front wheels are spaced out far enough to make it not look that long anymore. I'd say making it a bit longer might make it look more like a motor cycle, that or moving the front wheels closer together, its definitely cool looking though.
EDIT: actually my suggestion, is, the 2 wheel shocks/supports what ever you want to call those pieces, you could model them so they angle inward, then come out strait instead of just strait (to make them closer together) and maybe slightly longer. Idk you need to play with the proportions a bit, but it really depends how you want it to look in the end, right now it just doesn't look fast (but the wheel set up and everything makes it looks like it shud be) but the proportions aren't agreeing with this thus the awkwardness.
Also not to mention how easy it should be to flip over. since its on 3 wheels like that.
edit 2: well.. uh looking at it again theres a number of ways you could fix it... the height of it also seems to be contributing to the awkwardness, could either make the wheels in general further from its center (bigger on the x and y not the z) to widen its base, so itl look less like its ready to fall over.
But yeah I like the design/concept of it though.

It looks more like a futuristic john deere ride on top lawn mower or a harvester than a recon vehicle. It's nearly as wide as it is long, and looks terribly clumsy.

looks like a futuristic NASA mars mobile.
still looks great though.

Looks neat, but I get the feeling that if it fell over it'd snap that top part right off.

I think it would be better if you put some sturdy metal teeth jutting 2/3 the wheel diameter forward mounted on the front axles in between the wheels, kind of like bumpers.
Then it would look like it was more capable of standing up to the rough terrain one presumably encounters during reconnaissance, and if you added these teeth it would be able to use them to climb steep or uneven surfaces, taking advantage of the vertical mobility of the front wheels. Oh, and put some treads on the rear tire.
It looks ridiculous, but thereby memorable.

So to turn, does it raise one leg and lower the other so that it tilts or what?

That's what I was thinking, but unfortunately upon really thinking about it I discovered that that wouldn't work. So I will be instead adding a way to individually turn themselves.
