On June 17 at 5:14 pm, the Emergency Report Centre received a call from a student working in the John Deutsch University Centre who reported being confronted by a male individual who was completely nude and masturbating. The suspect made an effort to try to keep her at the scene, but she managed to force her way by him and contacted Campus Security.

Security staff attended immediately to meet with the student and searched the JDUC and nearby buildings but the suspect was not found. Kingston City Police were contacted to attend and are investigating this incident.

The suspect is described as:
- a Caucasian male
- in his late 50s
- approximately 5'11" tall
- grey hair with a short grey/white beard
- has a "pot belly"
- no tattoos or scars were noticed

If you observe an individual matching this description please call the Emergency Report Centre at 613-533-6111.

Yea Queen's is remarkably safe... they even offer a service for late-night workers/students to have a security guard walk you home. Every once in a while the dude next to you on the sidewalk with have his walkie-talkie go off.

A bit excessive maybe... but I feel completely safe there.
