Help with C# Express

I need some help with Visual C# 2005 Express, I installed in and try to run it, every time I do, I get a pop-up saying I should run it with admin privileges. Once I get into the program I go to start a new project, but I get a "Requested registry access is not allowed" error.

I'm running Windows Vista, my computer far exceeds the minimum requirements, I use an admin account, and every time I start the program, I do so by right-clicking and selecting run as admin.

Anyone know how to fix this? I would like to get started on a game for XNA.

Are you running Express 2005?

Try to run the 2008 version. Visual Studio 08 works far better on Vista with this kind of issue.
