Trying to install HEK with vista

I know I know...ive done a couple of searches with this but nothing came up...

this is what i get when i try to setup HEK:

so i went into the properties and did this:

Well I downloaded mine of halomaps a long time ago and when I looked to see they had changed the .exe so I will upload the one I have on filefront. Hope that one works out.

yeah i just realized my download was corrupt because my internet cutoff in the middle of the download.:mad:... thanks guys.
