The way I look at it is that in a few years, the USA's politicians will be the ones who grew up playing video games and will instead focus their hate on the HoloGame 5-D Simulator technology that'll be entertaining our kids instead.

Thing is...We already have what she is proposing (warning labels). It's the ESRB. It is the parent's choice to buy a game notoriously filled with R-rated activities. Changing the laws won't make any difference if you can't make parents pay attention in the first place.

What I'm afraid of is that this will escalate as more senators/representatives/political people see no drastic change in the demographics buying these games, and will finally resort to a complete ban in the sale of anything that could be considered offensive to those under 18.
