The origins are, to be blunt, bad. If you need help as to how to set up origins, I suggest you import some existing animations onto existing models (ex : AR, Shotgun, Sniper) and see how Bungie positioned their hands, arms, fingers, etc. The melee isn't atrocious, but the right hand's movement is a bit strange, and again, the origins ruin it. As for the reload, the movements are too robotic and non-fluid, not to mention anatomically unrealistic. I suggest you watch this set of tutorials that most good animators I know have watched :

http://www.mediafire.com/?32mzmy33etp - hand position
http://www.mediafire.com/?93mdbt9dyn1 - shooting
http://www.mediafire.com/?8s0mc32qxul - reloading

They're long, but they will help you get a better grasp of how to animate in first person. Plus, the guy doing them is pretty funny.

I pretty much have to ditto what teh lag said, but I think I should tell you that this is a big improvement from the assault rifle animations you made a thread for before. The real issue with your origin is that the left arm is horribly positioned. Your shoulders couldn't really be that far apart, so the arm needs to be positioned to look anatomically correct. Of course, it doesn't need to be perfect. In the end all that really matters is what the player will see, but what happens off screen has a definite impact on what happens on screen

I think everything except the reload looks acceptable.

Another thing, is that the reload is too slow, especially the part where he puts the "magazine" into the gun. He takes too much time letting it go in, when he should be just slapping it in quickly. It's not bad though, just keep working on it, and it'll get better.
