If you intended to have your audience to believe that they should get sexual aroused by it: It is porn.

If you intended to have your audience believe that they should be contemplating the situation of the woman at hand: It is art.

As bad of art as it is, it is still art.

The reason being that PORN is an image meant to arouse someone sexually. Now, if that woman was grabbing hold of her breasts or spreading her legs, yes it would be porn. But this image seems to be a study of the human body.

It seems more like art to me since the video didn't load.

I'm assuming this was a naked women spinning on something? If it isn't intended to get someone horny then it is "art".

To be honest i dont think its neither because it look like a camera shot which has been turned black and white.
