New display support. Because you asked for it, we are adding 16X10 over VGA or HDMI, and support for 1440x900 or 1680x1050.

HOLY CRAP 360 SUPPORTS NEW RES OH MY GOD :joygasm:

Damnit, and I just got a 1920x1200 monitor.

Know when they'll be supporting that? :eyesroll:

Wait, is this affective immediately or are they going to add this in the Fall Update?

Know when they'll be supporting that? :eyesroll:Who knows if they'll ever. I don't see why it would be hard, its only 120 pixels more then what the 360 already can output at, they could just render the extra pixels as black lines so you get a non-stretched view but I'm not sure how the GPU handles all that jazz. I'm sure they'll use some excuse that its above 1080p therefore not supported, gay.

Also, Legionaire, fall update.

Same... I really hate using 1280x720 on a 20 inch widescreen.

There's an option in nVidia's control panel to center the image and not stretch it, and I haven't noticed any difference in performance from using it (compared to just having it stretch).

Hell, I don't notice a significant drop in performance (or a significant difference in numbers) from going from 1920x1080 to 1920x1200 :/

I don't really care tbh. I use an HDMI to DVI cable to hook up my 360 to my 20 inch monitor, and I have it set at 1080p, and it displays it great (doesn't cut off the edges or anything). I'll see if 1680x1050 makes much of a difference, but I don't think it will, so I'll probably keep 1080p.
