Im so cold....

Okay, Im feeling really cold, almost as if im literally being frozen, It feels like im inside of a freezer, yet things I touch dont feel cold.
Its mostly my shoulders that are cold, along with my feet, and lower stomach, and lower back. I feel like im Sweating almost, but I feel cold, and dry.
I also feel awake, and not awake at the same time, and I am incredibly stimulated right now.
Anyone have any ideas?

Try a warm shower, like he said, or maybe a lot of blankets.
