View Full Version : Fishers & South Carolina = 1 COIT Cleaning Services = 0

Everyone remembers the wreck me and my father got in a while back, and the thread I made. Well 2 days after the wreck the COIT Cleaning Services or w.e. sent us a letter DEMANDING we pay the damages. The thing is they had the same insurance coverage we had, however, we were technically "under insured" for this type of accident(being involved with a business or w.e.), and according to South Carolina State Law involving a case study, They cannot pursue us in a lawsuit, if we are under insured. They cannot take any action against us and if they do we can sue them back with the State behind us.

HELL. YES. God I love my state.

EDIT: HA, sucks for them, but I know one of their trucks and equipment does not cause damn near 40 Gs. Are they retarded?
