You made a great choice, it's a wonderful card, I haven't had any problem with it. However, I'm sorry to say that, with your current setup, you will have problems. You need a minimum of a 450 Watt Power Supply to use it. Yes, I know, I got the minimum, call me cheap, but yeah.

On another note, what brand are you getting?
