uh i have around 56 frame nodes in a model and some of the frame don't appear so the parts attached to it doesn't. i would like to know what's the maximum frame count for halo ce models =\

You probably hit the max, but go to each object in max, to the hammer at the top right and hit reset xform, select every piece and hit reset selected and re rotate if you need and then re-export.

56 is too many. You'll need to find a way to cut down on them.

i can cut it down but the frames are for animation i think i can take out enough if i know what is the max.

IIRC the maximum is 40.
