H2V Patch revised?

But I thought that since Hired Gun got disassembled that H2V wouldn't have any more support, so who made the revised patch? Does this mean that H2V might get more patches?

Anyone with half a coding brain and access to the source code can patch something. Support means things like adding or fixing features to the game. Patches to ensure the networking aspect remains exploit free (not cheat free, mind you) and the game works will always happen for any game.

Look at CE. It's been unsuported since it was released. However, each time a server and client vulnerability was found it was patched.
