I want to compile some music and (im typing fast because I gotta go) I save it as a PCM signed 16 bit stereo at 44100 kHz, (or whatever) and when I try to compile it, either with xbox, ogg, or wav 1, they all give an error "invalid access to memory location" I have tried closing my editor, and even restarting, but no dice. Any help?

Try putting in Ogg 0.1 instead of Ogg 1. I did that once to fix some error i got but i don't remember what error it was.

Dont use Ogg at all.
Why Ogg works 99% of the time?

That really doesn't help me if you read my post thouroughly, it said I tried to compile with all 3.

Yeah but hes doing music and you want higher compression on music so that it takes up less space in the cache.

Also i never could even manage to get the xbox type to compile and every tutorial Ive ever read says ogg is the best.

I used this tutorial here (http://gbxforums.gearboxsoftware.com/showpost.php?p=987533) for my rickroll map's song file and it worked fine. Getting the thing to actually work in game took more effort D: .

Ohay, it's my old tutorial :haw:

Lol, that's not even the right way to compile impulse sounds. If people are still using it, I guess I should change that.
