game won't load

For some odd reason halo all of sudden will start up but then just go to a black screen that takes up part of my screen. I'm still able to hear the main screen but have no idea why it's doing this. Any help ?

Have you tried a reboot since this has been happening? This has happened a few times to me, I just relaunch halo and its fine.
