View Full Version : H2V Animated Shaders and Transparencys

I'm doing a conversion of Chill out and Damnation and both maps are nearly done except i have 2 problems.

Waterfalls on Damnation and Holograms on both maps

The Problem with the waterfalls is that i have absolutely no idea how i would go about making one since bungie didn't see fit to include a example of a animated shader in H2EK.

The problem with the holograms is that i take a bitmap like this.

And i set up the tags in guerrilla. And for some reason the diffuse on the hologram is fucked up but the alpha channel works.

And in game it looks like horse shit.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

waterfall shader

also, make sure the light small strips in the bump map part of the shader has only an alpha, no diffuse

Thank you. And how do i make a image with no diffuse and only a alpha? I'm a nub at GIMP.

just make the diffuse all black
