Well I've been in contact with TakeTwo about my f'd up disk, the guy just said..

You will need to send the game to the below address along with a covering letter explaining the problem. Please note for any scratched or cracked CD's there will be a replacement fee of $7.50 This should be in the form of a cheque and made payable to Take 2 Interactive. You will need to send the cheque along with the damaged cd (inc. full packaging) and a covering letter detailing the problem. If the disc is within the 90 day warranty and proof of purchase is sent with it and the product is deemed to be a manufacturing fault then no charge will be made for replacement

I'm happy to send it away, even if it will cost $7 to replace, what I ask is oversea's costs are more obviously than just sending it in your own country, do I have to fill out any fancy stuff because I'm sending it to USA? Any one know if theres a UK branch I can send it to instead, because I dont think I can write an English cheque out for $ dollars.

Also note, this is my third reply from take two, and I find it funny that they have given me USA info when I purposely sent the email to the european email address.

e. I found this, http://www.take2games.co.uk/index.php?p=support_warranty that is take 2's replacement policy for the UK, does this sound like Xbox 360 though? "Playstation 1&2/ Xbox / Gamecube game disc - 15.00", also would sending it to Take 2 instead of a Rockstar office get it replaced?Do Take2 have any association with Rockstar for GTA 4?

They probably gave you USA info because that may be the only replacment center they have.

Did you try contacting them? It is possible that they will take 360 games, but it's best to contact them first if possible. From what it sounds like they don't though. Also, from what I understand, Rockstar is owned by Take2, I'm just not sure if they take any sort of "responsibility" for Grand Theft Auto IV.

Make sure to add some "baking soda" or another white powder into your letter. It will keep it fresher on the way over :downs:.
Actually, don't.
See if they have a support number and ask if they have a closer location to you. Overseas shipping costs rape.
