My school is a Apple's poster child for their 1 to 1 program (http://www.apple.com/education/k12/onetoone/). Last week, I was informed that I was selected to speak at an international education an technology expo, BETT (http://www.bettshow.com/page.cfm/Link=1/t=m/goSection=1), in January. Apple is providing me with an all expenses paid trip to London for a week and an Apple representative at my side. At the conference, I am expected to give a speech and participate on a panel with another student from China.
I'm pretty stoked for everything, no lie. I've never been to London and I will supposedly be able to do some sightseeing while there.

How did you score this?
That's the thing, I didn't do anything. The superintendent said that they talked to different department heads withing my school and I guess my name was thrown around a fair amount. I suppose taking International Business isn't quite as bad as an idea as I thought.
As for the free stuff, even a shirt would make me smile.

Thanks everyone!
Does anyone know of any good tourist sites to check out while I'm there? I know I can check Google, but maybe some lesser well known places would be cool.
