How do I make a program start when Windows starts, but there isn't an option in the program to make it do so.

Well if you want the easiest way then this is what I'd do..
C:\Documents and Settings\*USERNAME*\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Slap a shortcut in there and it should load your program on start up :)

There is a folder in your Start Menu called "Startup", go to the Start Menu item that you want to start on startup (xfire for examples sake), make a shortcut to it, then Cut/Paste that shortcut into the startup folder.
And exe/shortcut in the startup folder will start that program on startup.
