Long story short, looks like Nintendo finally got a hint and started showing some decent stuff.

-The Conduit. Cookie-cutter sci-fi FPS by the appearance, but showcases some damn impressive graphical technology, by Wii standards. (Depth of Field, normal maps (:O), etc.)
-CoD5. I'll be getting the 360 version (if at all) but looks decentish.
-MadWorld. Looks like good mindless fun, while not breaking the kiddie-console stereotype.

But more importantly...

Punch-Out. (http://wii.ign.com/dor/objects/14266716/punch-out/videos/nes_punchout_trl_100208.html)

Thoughts?

Fuck.

Yes.

Built-in Flash memory. Downloadable games are now possible and they can be saved permanently to the DSi. New DS Shop will launch. Among the first games available on the service will be redesigned versions of the two Brain Age games.
...
System will lose the GBA slot, but is fully compatible with the 600-plus DS games available.
...
As far as 2008 is concerned, the DSi is strictly for Japan. "We will not see the product here in North America until well into calendar 2009," says Reggie. He notes this is because the DS Lite continues to sell at a phenomenal rate in America. In August alone, DS sold more hardware than had ever been sold in that calendar month.Hmm, I'm interested as to how this will play out.

Sin & Punishment 2. Available 2009. The original game never made its way to North America -- only became available as a download through Virtual Console.

"After we saw how many people downloaded it on the Virtual Console, we got the message that North America wants Sin & Punishment as well. In 2009 you're going to be playing... and you're not going to have to import it," says Cammie. We are happy. Dear Reggie Fils-Aime,

PORT THE FUCKING MOTHER SERIES ALREADY.

Signed,
Everyone

Also hi <3I love that they kept the blatant non-PC-ism. Watch the croissants fly out of the french guy's face when he gets hit :awesome:
