What 5 letter english word is pronounced the same when you remove the 1st letter, or the 2nd letter, or when neither is removed. (the first two letters are not the same letter.)

Protip: QUEUE with the first two letters missing is EUE. "eue" does not sound like "queue."

what he is saying is OR 2ND LETTER so with queue, if u take the 2nd letter out you will get "qeue" which doesnt make sense tbh but either way

I was going to e/ that in before my net conked out, as "qe" doesn't even work in modern English I didn't see the point in mentioning it

Lex was the closest... the correct answer is actually "scent", not "scene"

"Scent" goes to "sent" and "cent", which are actually words. "Scene" doesn't work
