Install a UDP packet analyzer to find out his IP address, run a tracert and assuming it doesn't stop before you reach the destination you *should* be able to find out what ISP they're at by looking at the latest entries in tracert. (There's probably an easier way, but I never really cared beyond this)

Then email their ISP and say "Hey guys, this dude at this IP address at this time sent me a virus. I didn't activate it but you might want to take care of it. Attached is the trojan he *attempted* to get me to activate..."

His ISP will come down fairly hard on his parents... but frankly I don't care. Aimbot or not you deserve to be punished for sending a virus.

Just be glad http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx wasn't involved :-\

Edit: Yes... I wouldn't screw with me either :p
