OMG DANE! This movie had me scared shitless every night I went to bed for like 3 months after I watched it. And I was 10 years old. Fucking insane movie.

The original Friday the 13th. The original Dawn of the Dead isn't all that scary, but it's a great social commentary on racism and the incapacity of people to work together during a crisis.

I can't really suggest anything, since I'm not the biggest fan of horror movies.

Not a huge fan of horror movies to be quite honest. One movie I remember was real scary was Jeepers Creepers. While thankfully I watched only a minute of it before leaving, my younger brother couldn't sleep for a long time.

There is no movie named House on Haunted Hill that's made in 2001, you're thinking of the 1999 one. I'm watching it right now, it isn't that bad.

^ Tis good movie.

Psycho is an old time classic horror.

Horrible movie, I can't imagine what people back in those days would do while watching our modern day horror films.

The "Hills Have Eyes" and "The Hills Have Eyes 2". "Saw" is ok too.

I don't really watch horror movies much. They're not scary because you know they won't happen in real-life.

However there are rumors and talks of things that appear in movies that have "happened" in real life. I believe anything can happen.

The Exorist (Original)
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Original)
Halloween (Original or Rob Zombie remake)
The Amityville Horror (Original)

Also, any japanese horror movie, as long as you don't mind reading subtitles.

The Mothman Prophecies scared the shit out of me.

Hooooly shit, I completely forgot about that. I watched it when I was 10 or 11, scared the shit out of me too. Not sure if it's as scary as it used to be for me, but I'd recommend it.

"The Grudge" and the Second Grudge movie (Forgot what it's called, I'm not sure if it's just plainly called "Grudge 2").
No. Stupidest movie i've ever seen.

Summary:
after going into a house, you die from a little naked boy that meows, and sometimes there's a girl who makes throaty gurgling sounds signaling the coming of your death.

All in all, if your afraid of cats and gargling water, this movies for you.

I wish I was joking, but i'm not.

I've only seen the 2nd one, and it was pretty good (to me).

The 1st one was pretty good. After 15 min of the 2nd one I got bored and returned it back to netflix (I rent movies first). I'm going to try to 4th one, "Steven King's It", and "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre".

I laughed uncontrollably throughout the grudge. I usually laugh at all "scary" movies though, I really haven't seen any good recent ones. I liked the Mothman Prophecies, though.
