Oblivon is broken :(

So, after borrowing oblivion from a friend I decided to buy it, and I got the GOTY edition with the expansion packs, and I originally installed it with the original non special edition of the game, and after I installed the expansion packs with the disk 2 that had them on it, the game just broke, the npc's and monsters and such are there, but the towns and such arent doors are there, but nothing else, I dont see grass, i just see the landscape and none else.
Im gonna try disabling all mods then see how it goes, I cant take a picture of it because printscreen doesnt seem to want to work with it :S

I'd say before anything else uninstall and reinstall everything, using the GOTY disks.

Could be like my game... my xbox disc is cracked and wont load, and I crash every time I go into towns on my PC :<

Turns out it was deadly reflex, which saddens me because I want to decapitate people :(

Maybe deadly reflex is causing problems for me too cause I have that mod enabled along with better cities
