I'm not surprised.
This was the chemical that was found in Chinese-made milk substitutes, used to fool authorities into thinking that they were more nutritious. This guy has an interesting theory about this chemical.

The reason to be concerned about this is that several candy products have been recalled in other countries, but not in the U. S. This being so close to Halloween means that when we beat up little 8 year olds on our doorsteps and take their candy, our kidneys will probably start failing.
