Because I can't choose one wallpaper, I have it rotate among these 20+ images with a program. Except the bottom last one.

It looks like the UNSC is attacking a rebel encampment. The Covenant wouldn't use Human AA batteries to shoot down pelicans.

It's a little too low-res for me as well (I'm at 1680x1050), but since it's a painting, it still looks pretty nice.

Also, don't use the allpaper changer, but you can set it for all different times and shit (10 seconds, 30sec, 1min, 5min, 30min, etc.)

Use the "7 Plus" with WindowBlinds. The free version of Window Blinds does it. It's awesome. I just started using it yesterday to replace my old Windows 7 theme:

So I re-installed Ubuntu after I borked it by trying to manually compile the kernel for the new Nvidia drivers. I figured I may as well go 64-bit with my new install.

System Resources shouldn't be an issue if you have at least one gigabyte of RAM.

You best be joking. Then again, it really depends what you do. I do lots of batch processing of photos, really takes up alot of RAM, I regularly get out of memory errors even though I have 2 gigs. I hope to get a 64-bit os soon to get at least 6-8 gigs of RAM.

Batch image processing? You can do that with Linux or *BSD, in which case you can use a 32-bit OS to allocate 64GB of RAM. (random source (http://www.linux.com/feature/119287), and the "problem" listed there hasn't existed in regular distributions for a while now)

I would prefer to continue using the Adobe suite, as it is industry standard. If ever they made a Linux version, I would probably do as you suggsted.

In which case I have to ask what version you're using, and why it won't run in Wine, especially if it's a batch processor, in which case they're insane if it has a GUI... Just trying to save you some money and open you up to a much higher maximum memory level.

As far as I know, Adobe CS4 will not run in Wine. And as for batch processing, what I meant is that I process lots of images with Photoshop actions or in Adobe Bridge.

So... whoever was complaining about the size of the toolbar, they need to get over it, because switching to small icons seems to shrink the bar down to about Vista's size. I see a lot of you have that already, I just think it's funny.
