My friend mentioned to me about some sort of discount offer most cellphone services/companys give you. If you've owned one of their cellphones for more then a year or so you get a special discount, I want to know about this offer seeing as I've owned the same cellphone from 2002-2003. :|

never heard, but if that's a fact, i'm glad i heard it now. my 2 year contract is up for renewal and i'm looking into some phones.

It's called New Every Two. Nearly every major cell phone provider has it or hasn't told you about it. What it does is every time you sign up for a new 2-year contract with your current celluar service provider, your eligible for a free or discounted price on a new phone depending on what type of phone it is. However your bill has to be a certain price to be eligible for these offers. Ask your provider about it.
