My sig has my main. I don't play except on Fridays and some of Saturday if I'm not too busy. So my characters suck. Freelancer managed my account for a good few months. I've had my main since the first day of open-beta April 2007 and yet i'm only lvl 26 haha. I'm way behind liek EVERYONE but i still got my perks. I get free ingame items from Turbine but they don't matter much. It's just my appearance baffels people because I have stuff they can never get lol. My lvl 25 Bree Horse I got for Christmas from Turbine last year has helped me greatly, beats walking even if it's only 2/3 as fast as a reglar lvl 35 Horse.

I'm thinking of getting the Mines of Moria Collector's Edition but I don't want to pay for shipping...:(

When I bought Shadows of Angmar, I had to pre-order the damn thing from a GameStop in Dallas because they didn't have the pre-order founders' promotion going on up here. THe game was $49.99US, then add $15 shipping + stupid Canadian taxes and it summed up around a nice $83CAD :suicide: was all my sister's money too. She also pays for my sub :lol:

I think I'll slide over to Landroval for a few months to lvl up my Hunter there.

Mostly all good MMORPGs are pay to play. This is no different. Only you pay $9.99 US/month for LOTRO. I'd get the lifetime but I doubt I can afford that all at one time. so $28 US/3 months for me. Seriously, this game is worth your time. The graphics look pretty damn good on some older medium range video cards. On my old P4 3.0Ghz (LGA775) PC I'm running 1GB Samsung RAM (PC5300) and a Powercolor Radeon X1600PRO 256MB (great card, bought two of them for crossfire and split one over to this current PC) and I can get a lot of the settings on Ultra High at 1680x1050 res. I turned off AA and put the AF on the highest it'll go with sharpening set to the highest it'll go. I see no need for AA after that. Amazing graphics and game is all I can say.

It's pay to play, but I'd just buy a lifetime subscription if you like it, it's only $199.99 so it's worth every penny if you're going to play for more than two years. I've got one and I love not having to worry about monthly payments...
